About the Author

Kosi Emmanuel Chukwujindu is a licensed architect, educator and thought leader. He holds a doctorate degree in Architecture with specialization in Building energy optimization (high-rise) from the School of Architecture and Interior Design, SRM University, Chennai, India. A prolific writer, and serial entrepreneur with over 15 years practice experience in Architecture and project management, he is a proud father and husband.

He is a tenured Professor at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria where he teaches post-graduate courses in construction management, building energy optimization and building information modeling. His research interests bother at the intersection of architecture and artificial intelligence. He is also a senior partner at Geometrix Consultants ltd, and Principal at Cadright Architecture where he is helping shape the African housing and technology landscapes.

His book, 48 Laws of Architectural Consulting, is one of many products of in-depth research aiming to help architects advance through the art and science of architectural consulting.

The results showed a significant relationship between thermal sensation votes and building floor levels, as well as AC energy consumption and floor levels.
